The Great Western Regional F.A.R.E is hosted by the Shire of Korsvag. It is geared towards Fighting, Archery, Rapier, and Equestrian (FARE) actives, highlighting all major activities offered by the SCA, along with plenty of space for classes and other actives.

The facility features a full-size archery range, a thrown weapons range, an equestrian track and field, and tenting space for up to 200 tents. There is a large fighting field suitable for Rapier, Armored, and Siege combat. Ample space is available for classes, both indoors and outdoors, to accommodate a variety of needs.

Equestrian activities will be a major focus of the event, including authorizations and demonstrations. The fighting field is large enough to support multiple tournaments simultaneously or a combination of tournaments and melees. Planned activities include melee practices, combat archery, and large-scale cut-and-thrust scenarios.

Space will be available for merchants who wish to attend. Parking accommodations include space for over 200 vehicles and trailers, along with a designated RV parking area (a separate charge may apply). Equestrian stalls are available; however, riders are responsible for providing their own feed and bedding.
